The Robert B. Davis Distinguished Lecture is scheduled for Friday, April 7, in the Auditorium of Hunt Library. Presented by the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, the lecture is by Dr. Nava Setter, director of the Ceramics Laboratory of EPFL, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (Switzerland) and a professor of materials science and engineering. Her lecture is entitled Venus of Moravia and Reconfigurable Nano-electronics: 30,000 Years of Ceramics Engineering.
The lecture runs from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and is preceded by a reception at 3 p.m.
